The Pumps & Valves 2012 event, which was held on 18 and 19 April in Antwerp, Belgium, was a focal point for many industries and flow control experts in Belgium, Holland, and even Northern France.
This, the 15th edition, was an efficient way for visitors to get a complete overview of all the technologies and innovations in the field of industrial pumps, valves and seals, as well as associated equipment such as filters, mixers, stirrers, piping, etc.
One important change was the co-location with the Maintenance 2012 trade show, which helped boost visitor numbers up to 4381, an increase of 16% compared to the 2010 show. Other new features at Pump & Valves included the learnShops: short, practice-oriented seminars on the most common problems with pump systems — and the appropriate solutions to them.
As you can see below, Valve World’s Online Team spent two action-packed days at the show, interviewing as many standholders as possible about the latest flow control products and services.
The next edition of Pumps & Valves Antwerp will be organised on 26 & 27 March 2014. If you cannot wait that long, then sister show Pumps & Valve Rotterdam will be held on 2 & 3 October 2013.
