Asco has introduced a new power pulse tank system for the dust collector industry. The innovative design of the header tank and the patented 1” Power Pulse valves offer extremely high flow, simple installation and easy maintenance. In operation, a unique flow path results in a large per-pulse volume. Asco claims that the tank system, which meets European PED 97/23/EC, also meets the customer requirements for complete assembled tank systems instead of separate components. The tank system can be fully customized for pitch between valves and length up to 3 metres.
Simple installation of the ASCO Power Pulse Tank System on the Dust collector filter unit is achieved by mounting slots which are integrated in both end caps and contain an 1” air connection and two 1/4” drain valve and pressure gauge connections.
