PSB Industries Inc. has announced that it has concluded its acquisition of Mikron Valve & Manufacturing Inc. The merger will be implemented immediately and is expected to be in normal time of transition without any disruption to the operation of Mikron’s manufacturing, supply or customer support functions. Mikron is a manufacturer of custom high performance high pressure ball valves, the Miller line of stream flow check valves and specializes in precision machining. Mikron’s valves are used in the chemical, water, oil and gas industries. Mikron is ISO9001:2000 certified and holds the American Petroleum Institute certification.
