Red Point Alloys: Successful management buy-in

Frank van Os takes over Red Point Alloys together with support of co-investors from Luc Daverveldt who founded the company 25 years ago.

With the enrollment of Van Os as new director-owner Red Point attracts the commitment of a very experienced and driven professional. Supported by his extensive knowledge and experience in the valve industry Van Os aims for further growth and professionalism of the company.

Frank van Os has been with Royal Econosto, a Dutch market leader in the industrial valve market, since 1977. Between 1997 and 2002, he was Managing Director of Econosto Netherlands. In 2002, he became CEO of the Econosto group. Since the acquisition of Econosto by Eriks in 2008, Frank has been in the executive board of Eriks where he was responsible for all flow related companies worldwide.
