The gasket manufacturer Victor Reinz (Neu-Ulm, Germany) has been awarded the Certificate for Top Customer Satisfaction by the Steinbeis Transfer Center for Product and Processing Evaluation in Mainz, a subsidiary of the Steinbeis Foundation. Victor Reinz manufactures sealing products and systems for the automotive industry, i.e. original equipment, after-market business as well as for the machine and plant building industry. According to the certificate, “a customer survey proved the company’s excellent performance concerning quality, reliability and customer service.” In a representative survey the Victor Reinz sales departments Industrial Applications and After-market were judged by 65 reference customers from domestic and abroad markets.
