At the recent Achema 2006 show, 15 May – 20 May 2006 at Frankfurt, Germany, Remote Control presented its RC240, RCT220SR, RC280SRQ,and RC230SR actuators. The double acting actuator RC240, with manual override M1 is assembled on a plug valve and equipped with solenoid valve and end position sensor. The single acting actuator with spring return and reinforced corrosion protection, RCT220SR is assembled on a polycarbonate ball valve and equipped with a solenoid valve and a switch box. The single acting actuator with spring return, RC230SR is assembled on a ball valve with steam jacket and equipped with a solenoid valve and Remote Control’s explosion proof switch box RC1990. The RC1990 works in the temperature range -50C to +100C. The single acting actuator with spring return adapted for quick operation time, RC280SRQ, is assembled on a butterfly valve and equipped with a solenoid valve, a booster and a digital positioner.
