Rotarex SA will exhibit at SEMICON Europa 2016. It will showcase the range of ultra-high purity gas cylinder valves alongside its complete range of UHP control equipment.

In 2016, SEMICON Europa will take place in Grenoble, France, from the 25th – 27th of October. It is the largest microelectronics event in Europe, with over 6,000 attendees expected from around the world. Labelled as the premier showcase for semiconductor technologies, many show visitors will be familiar with the UHP gas applications that use Rotarex UHP valves and equipment.
