The Supervisory Board of SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT announced the following personnel decisions relating to the company’s executive board.
The Supervisory Board revoked the appointment of Mr Raul Fuchs as a member of the executive board with immediate effect. Dr Andreas Widl will lead the Sales and Marketing Division in addition to his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer.
During the same meeting, Dr Dominic Thilo Deller was appointed to the executive board for Finance, Controlling, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs.
In the past, Dr Deller held several leadership positions at Pfaudler, a solutions, technologies and services provider for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
