Sealing Solutions Inc., an authorised distributor of Parker Hannifin sealing products, has been certified as a Parker Sealing Technology Center. This STC certification, awarded in June following a stringent qualification process, means that Sealing Solutions is equipped to offer its customers unparalleled levels of technical assistance, sales support and access to Parker’s full line of engineered sealing systems and solutions.
Parker’s Seal Group introduced its STC program late last year, in response to customer demand for a higher level of local engineering and applications expertise. To qualify for STC status, distributors are required to have an in-house full-time sealing specialist and electronic transaction capabilities. They are also required to maintain quality certifications and participate in Parker’s product and technology training programs.
Sealing Solutions first signed on as an authorised Parker Seal Group distributor in 1998. Since then, the distributor has been providing customers in the aerospace, mobile hydraulic, analytical instrumentation, material handling, and transportation industries with O-Rings, packing and composite sealing products from its location in Colmar, PA.
