Ross Controls® has released its new compact Series W66 ISO 15407-2 line of pneumatic valves. These new valves are available in ISO standard sizes 00 and 0 (18mm and 26mm widths). The Series W66 line also fully rounds out Ross’ line of Series W65 ISO 5599-2 valves, which can be mounted together in the same manifold assembly for high versatility in accommodating applications where valves of varying sizes need to be mounted side by side. Together the Series W66 and W65 cover the spectrum of ISO valve sizes from size 00 up to size 3. The Series W66 five ported valves (5/2 & 5/3) are available in all the standard configurations, such as 2-position, single solenoid and double solenoid, as well as 3-position open center, closed center, and power center functions. The 18mm size 00 comes with 1/8 ports and a Cv of 0.55, while the 26mm size 0 has 1/4 ports with a Cv of 1.1. Manifold stations plug together electrically with integrated mating connectors, thus eliminating the need to pull wires through a manifold assembly. The end stations have several termination options including 25 pin D-Sub and 19 pin Brad Harrison connectors.
