Severn Unival has been awarded the top prize in an HSBC Commercial Banking-sponsored international business award. The award sought to celebrate businesses that generated substantial revenue from overseas during 2009. Severn Unival’s activity in the Middle East, Asia and North America has accelerated in the past 12 months and there are strong indicators for additional growth over the coming years. Executive Director Colin Findlay believes Severn Unival’s localisation strategy is what impressed the judges, and he also attributes the business’ success to this ethos.
