SGS opens new valve servicing facility in Manchester

For over 25 years, SGS has been a trusted supplier of valve refurbishment, inspection, and testing services. Originating through the links with the on- and offshore oil and gas markets through a base in Immingham on the South Humber bank, the services have steadily expanded and now encompass a facility in Manchester. 
Assurance of the accuracy and performance of process assets is an integral part of any quality assured and compliant system. SGS is globally recognised for integrity and diligence and offers cost-effective, reliable, and trusted valve services to support the clients’ reactive or planned maintenance needs.
Expanding to now include the new site at Kestrel Road at Trafford Park, Manchester the services are now deliverable throughout the M62 corridor expanding the UK coverage and support network. Due to ease of transit, the Manchester location shall also hold part of the mobile valve testing fleet, containerised and mobile.
Through the ongoing relationship with AVS, SGS remains the sole UK-approved service company for HORA and PERSTA valves.
