The ARGO-HYTOS screw-in cartridge (SIC) program offers a wide function range for mobile and industrial hydraulics. Typical functions are flow direction control and pressure control in the hydraulic circuit. The most common applications are, for example, agricultural machines, construction equipment, municipal services vehicles, etc.
These valves are designed to control the flow direction. The operating pressure is up to 350 bar. Two performance product families are available in order to choose the best-fit solution.
To compensate misalignments of the cavity production, all cartridge spool valves are equipped with the unique feature of a tumbling nose which prevents blocking of the spool in the cavity. Poppet versions are available up to 150 l/min and 420 or 350 bar pressure.
Precision machined parts secure leak-free closing (less than 3 drops/minute). For spool and poppet cartridges, two performance product families are available in order to choose the best-fit solution.
In the year 2018, ARGO-HYTOS will introduce a new family of poppet valves, normally open and normally closed for high flows up to 150 l/min. These valves are intended for use in mobile and stationary applications to achieve low pressure drops and high transmitted power.
