SMC showcases its extensive range of valves

SMC, a specialist in pneumatic and electrical automation technology recently turned the spotlight on its robust range of components and accessories at this year’s Valve World Expo 2016. SMC showcased its extensive range of valves for individual components, configured packages and pre-finished special solutions for a broad range of industries.

A spokesperson from SMC said: “Valve World only happens every two years, but we always look forward to being part of such a globally successful exhibition. At SMC we are committed to providing solutions that are perfectly managed by our international team of experts and Valve World is the ideal platform for us to showcase our range of valves, components and accessories.”

Exhibition highlights include SMC’s booster valve IL100 and lock-up valve IL220, which are made from stainless steel and can cope with the harshest of environments. Also, on display was the SMC’s filter regulator, AW-X2622, which has different switching options and assemblies available and is also made from stainless steel so it can manage extreme temperatures as low as -40°C.
