Sure Seal Inc., a division of the OPW Fluid Transfer Group, now offers its Sure Seal LBV series of Lined Butterfly Valves through 24in and will be available in a variety of liner and disc materials. The LBV Series of Lined Butterfly Valves are specifically engineered for use in the chlor alkali, petrochemical, textile, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, mining, pulp and paper, and agriculture industries, and can be used with many chemicals such as chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hypochlorite, ultra pure water and white liquor. Currently Sure Seal offers Dupont NXT molecularly enhanced Teflon® as a standard liner, but also provides PFA, UHMWPE, ETFE (Tefzel) and PVDF liners. Disc materials are offered in PFA, UHMWPE, PVDF, 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C, and Titanium. Ultra-clean valves for high-purity series and FDA grade materials were also recently added to the LBF (flanged) product line. Valves are offered in both ANSI and DIN configurations.
