T-T Flow announced the launch of its new Knife Gate Valve, specially designed for waste water and sewage applications. Due to the advanced technology, features include a bi-directional sealing – designed to seal irrespectively of flow direction, a stainless-steel non-rising spindle that is resistant to corrosive liquids and full-bore to allow high flow rates with a low pressure drop. This valve has a nitrile seat for optimal sealing performance and is drilled to accept EN1092 Table 9 (PN16) flanges.
Other features include a raised face of the flange with an O-ring, removing the requirement for additional gaskets and reducing costs. It is available in sizes from DN80 through to DN300, with larger sizes available on request. This knife gate valve is supplied with a hand-wheel as standard and can be fitted with a stem cap as an option.
All valves are pressure tested in compliance with EN 12266.
