Mr Ian Taylor has been appointed to the board of Advanced Valve Technologies Ltd as Deputy Chairman. At the same time, David Innes and David Falzani were also appointed, the former as Financial Director and the latter as Sales Director (Managing Director Designate). AVT manufactures reinforced epoxy full port ball valves and high performance butterfly valves based on its unique moulding system. These composite valves offer unique external and internal corrosion resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals over an extended temperature range with significant weight saving. The new appointments follow a capital reorganisation combined with an injection of additional cash resources that will enable to company to accelerate expansion of its sales and development programme.
