For over 40 years, Springer co-ax inc© has provided compact and low-profile straight-through solenoid valves to industrial and commercial customers. The coaxial design, which incorporates a straight-through flow path with in-line concept, delivers exceptional cycle life characteristics. Newly available in a truly economical version, the cx-tec Hole Hog solenoid valve is available in configurations to suit most commonly seen media. It works with the forces of flow instead of against them and is therefore suitable for most gaseous, gelatinous, pasty, semi-dry, contaminated, or dirty recycled fluids from vacuum to 600psi. Unaffected by system pressure or pressure differential, the design delivers dependable and positive shut-off in applications formerly reserved for much more expensive or custom valves. The cx-tec provides an economical and reliable, high cycle life alternative to conventional valves that often require frequent maintenance or replacement.
