Thermostatic control valve specialist Thermoreg Products has gained full approval for the Pressure Equipment Directive modules D1 and D1+H, and has also gained approval for an ISO9001/2000 quality management system – one of the first companies in the UK to do so.
Approval was gained from a joint venture between NQA and Zurich risk services. The ISO9001/2000 accreditation assists the company in continuing to provide short lead times as well as a quality assured product. Thermoreg have been manufacturing three-way thermostatic valves for the past 23 years in the UK, using conventional machinery, but recent investment has now seen the purchase of CNC machinery, which will also help in the continual provision of a quality product with short lead times.
