Trillium Flow Technologies is thrilled to announce the launch of its global STAR Service Center network serving Sarasin customers with 16 locations across the United States and Mexico – with additional locations joining the network soon.
Sarasin Technical Assembler and Repair (STAR) Service Centers from Trillium Flow Technologies will provide pressure relief valve (PRV) OEM aftermarket support for industrial plants. Strategically located, STAR Service Centers deliver ongoing support to its customers at a local level by providing rapid response and high-quality service for valve repair and replacement through the STAR Service Centers network.
The development of this network was strategic and focused on allowing Trillium to expand its ability to assist Sarasin customers even further by providing critical products and services to help meet the needs of today’s ever-challenging world. Training and support are provided to each STAR Service Center as they join its network. Currently, Trillium has forged partnerships with TEAM, Caliber Valve & Controls, and East Coast Valve Services in the US and Vasesa in Mexico. As we continue to expand this program, additional STAR Service Centers will be added throughout 2021 and beyond.
The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors has approved each STAR Service Center to perform PRV testing and repair per ASME codes. Additionally, STAR Service Centers will be evaluated and approved by Trillium Flow Technologies for assembly and repair of the Sarasin-RSBD line of PRVs, which has over 170 years of PRV expertise in the marketplace. Scheduled audits occur annually to ensure the best-in-class service and quality for its customers and to verify each center is following its highest standards for newly assembled and repaired PRVs. Training is also conducted regularly for the sales teams and technicians at each STAR service center to ensure its customers receive PRV selection and troubleshooting expertise.
