Valco Group France announces agreement to acquire the group D2FC and its entities D2FC Energy Valves, D2FC Services and D-KTC Fluid Control.
With its expertise and the benefit of 30 years’ experience, the Group D2FC has developed a complete range of valves with specific characteristics dedicated to Hydropower applications, especially large butterfly valves and high pressure ball valves (with movable seats). D2FC is also designing and manufacturing turbine bypasses built of multi-jet sleeve valves.
D2FC Energy Valves is known as a specialist for high quality hydro-valves. In addition to reliable, safe and optimized hydro-solutions for customer satisfaction, D2FC is a key partner through its servicing teams that are dedicated to onsite product installation.
The acquisition will represent a new milestone in the development of Valco Group France (SNRI SAS, Guichon Valves SAS, Malbranque SAS, Valco Valves Services SAS and its International subsidiaries (Australia, Algeria, South Africa, China). The Group is specialized in the design, manufacture and maintenance of complex industrial globe, gate and check valves for the oil & gas sector, power generation and industrial markets.
