A+R Armaturen Benelux has changed its name to VACTRA A+R (Valves Actuators Controls TRAding A+R), effective January 2001. Since its formation, the company has increased the range of valve and valve-related products offered to the industrial marketplace. The name chane is designed to reflect the wider product offering. Also, to coincide with the name change, VACTRA A+R will introduce a new company logo and a new corporate identity. To compliment the main product offering, the A+R ball valve range, the company has introduced valve, actuator and control products produced by affiliated manufacturers in Europe. The complimentary products include butterfly valves, valve actuators (electric and pneumatic), switchboxes, steam traps, pressure and temperature gauges. VACTRA A+R has realised that customers are increasingly demanding a total product solution from suppliers and, for this reason, VACTRA A+R now believe with the increased product range they are better placed to act as a single source of supply for complete projects.
