ORBINOX ‘EX’ series knife gate valve technology was selected for an abrasive process flow control application.
These valves for abrasive process flow control were manufactured from CF8M material, with an AISI 316 gate, and VITON seat. They are fitted with double-acting pneumatic actuators and our proprietary PneuLINK™ linear-to-rotary integrated control platform c/w an EMERSON ‘DVC6200’ SMART positioner, allowing the valves to control the media proportionately to the 4-20mA DC input signal.
