VAX Series coaxial valves

Assured Automation’s new VAX Series coaxial valves are suitable for the control of vacuum and gaseous, liquid, gelatinous, highly viscous and contaminated media. The design of the valves allows high flow rates to be controlled even at zero or full pressure drop. The VAX…E or VAX…P series are available in 2/2-way and 3/2-way versions with threaded ports. They feature complete pressure balancing – pressure drop which has no effect on the valves switching characteristics. The VAX…E series (Electric) are direct acting solenoid valves. The VAX…P series (Pneumatic) are controlled with compressed air or inert gas. Other features include: NPT end connections; bi-directional flow; fast valve actuation; high cycle-life; limit switches & solenoids availability; and positive shut-off. The body and piston of the unit are constructed of brass or stainless steel; seals: FPM; and seats: PTFE. Valve configurations include: spring return N.C. or N.O.; pneumatic: (NAMUR interface); electric: 120VAC, 12 or 24VDC; and 2/2-way or 3/2-way end connections; and NPT Threaded (3/8in to 1in). The max media temp is 212F; the max ambient temp is 140F; and the pressure range is between 29in-Hg to 600PSI.
