Vertex Group has announced the acquisition of MCR Technologies, an OEM channel partner serving Southern California and Southern Nevada. The acquisition expands Vertex Group’s geographic footprint while strengthening its product portfolio and access to key end markets.
Todd Spaulding, CEO of Vertex Group, said the acquisition reflects a strong strategic and cultural alignment.
MCR Technologies was founded in 1994 by Kamran Peyman and, over the last 32 years, has grown into a preeminent supplier for Process Instrumentation, Industrial Communications and Wireless (IIoT), Gas Safety Monitoring, and Valve Automation. MCR has a tenured team of 11 and has represented leading manufacturers like ABB and ONICON for over 30 years.
