Vexve Armatury Group has acquired Armatury Group GmbH, which until now distributed Armatury Group’s valves for the energy, gas, and metallurgy segments in Austria and Germany. The acquisition strengthens Vexve Armatury Group’s presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in particular.
Armatury Group GmbH is an Austrian distributor of valves, especially for the water power, gas, and metallurgical industries. David Styblo and his team will continue their roles within the group, Mr. Styblo has also become a major investor in Vexve Armatury Group. The operations, existing business, and employees are not affected by the acquisition.
