Ms. Linda Pålsson has been appointed to the board of directors of Vexve Armatury Group Oy. Ms. Pålsson has served in a variety of senior leadership positions in the engineering consultancy group AFRY. She is currently leading AFRY’s Energy division, which is a global business employing more than 2,000 engineers.

Following the appointment, the board of the Company consists of Kari Lehtinen (Chairperson), Otto Kukkonen (Vice Chairman), Tomio Pihkala, Markku Simula, Nick Adcock, and Linda Pålsson.
