Voith Turbo acquisition

With retroactive effect from 1 October 2004, Voith Turbo GmbH & Co. KG (Heidenheim, Germany) is acquiring H+L Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG, Rutesheim – a manufacturer of hydraulic systems solutions. The company will trade as Voith Turbo H+L Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG and continue to operate from its headquarters at Rutesheim. The management of the company, which has budgeted a turnover of approximately EUR 20 million for the current business year 2004/2005, will remain in the hands of H+L’s long-term Executive Vice President Jürgen Maier. The product portfolios of both companies are thought to supplement each other ideally. Voith Turbo is a leading manufacturer of internal gear pumps for the low, medium and high-pressure range. Hartmann+Lämmle is a specialist in hydraulic systems solutions and manufactures hydraulic way, flow and pressure valves, linear and rotary amplifiers, electronic control units, and output and cycle-optimised drive and control systems.
