Wandfluh has completely reworked its range of NG10 spool valves, launching a new array of high-performance products on the market. In choosing an optimised cast body, not only the performance-to-weight ratio has been greatly improved, but also the has been significantly increased. The valves have naturally been fitted with exchangeable slip- on coils. In addition, however, the solenoid coils can also be offered with all types of different connector executions, powers and surface treatments. The range is based on the cast body, which is used both for direct operated and pilot operated valve. All of the executions can withstand a system pressure of 350 bar, some even 420 bar. The direct operated version can control 160 l/min, while the pilot operated version can even control over 200 l/min. The compact pilot operated execution is very impressive, because the cast body is pilot operated by a compact NG4 spool valve. Also the proportional valve is fitted with an NG4 pressure controlled valve, making it one of the most compact valves on the market. The new generation of NG10 spool valves guarantees maximum flexibility and high performance in the smallest of spaces.
