New to the European market, SynTherm has introduced Wrap Seal quick repair kit for pipe leaks. Wrap Seal is a polyurethane-coated fiberglass tape which reacts with water to cure. Wrap Seal is used for routine or emergency leak repair, hazardous material spill control, structural reinforcement, sealing joints, rebuilding thinning pipe walls, corrosion control, abrasion protection and underwater repairs. Repairs are performed in several minutes without the use of tools or the need of technical skills. The product cures within 30 minutes and withstands up to 120C (200C peak) and 28barg and repairs under active leak as well. Wrap Seal bonds to any metals, plastics or concrete surfaces and is used both as a temporary and as a permanent solution.
