XPV Water Partners (XPV) is proud to announce the launch of Opus Water, a top-tier engineered products platform with the goal of safely handling and managing the world’s water.
“As municipal, industrial, and specialty markets work to future-proof the world’s water networks, they need access to the trusted, reliable engineered products and solutions that can help them build resilience and minimize disruptions,” said Sam Saintonge, Investment Partner, XPV Water Partners.
Opus Water is defined by performance, durability, and responsiveness. “This platform offers the products – such as valves, plugs, strainers, and heat exchangers – designed to perform in the harshest environments, safely handle and manage large volumes of water, and protect public and worker safety,” continued Saintonge.
Chief Executive Officer John DeYarman leads Opus Water, bringing two decades of corporate development and executive leadership to the platform. DeYarman also joins the Board of Directors, along with water industry veterans Kevin Klau, who led the Water Quality division of Danaher (now Veralto) and Chris Raftis, former owner and CEO of Red Valve Company (acquired by Hillenbrand).
“We’re thrilled to have a great team and board leading the growth of Opus,” said Saintonge. “They bring incredible industry experience to the platform, along with a shared commitment to making a difference in water.”
“With our leadership team in place, we’re building Opus Water by acquiring and strengthening companies who are known for delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service,” added DeYarman. “We’re excited to partner with business owners who share our values, accelerate their growth, and to do our part to solve water challenges.”
