ZFV Company has introduced a metal-to-metal seated butterfly valve. Comparing the concentric butterfly valve with rubber seat & PTFE seat valve, the metal-to-metal seated butterfly valve has more advantages. It can withstand temperatures up to 650 degree C, and offers better anti-abrasion performance, which contributes to an excellent performance.
The valve features a stainless steel A351 CF8 body, a disc A351 CF8, hard faced SS304seat, and disc sealing. The valve is produced in accordance with API609 standard, flange dimension adheres to ASME B16.5 standard, and is tested to API 598 standards. The valve is bare shaft without actuator, and the top flange dimension and actuator can be customized on customer’s request.
