ZFV provides a stainless steel triple offset butterfly valve, which is a 12in class 150 stainless steel butterfly valve, double flange end with worm gear operator. The body, disc, gland, and yoke of this valve are made from ASTM A351 CF8 casting material, whereas the shaft is made from ASTM A182 F304. The valve has bolts made from stainless steel 304.
ZFV provides stainless steel valves in different compositions to meet clients’ diverse requirements. Standard stainless steel valves available include : A351 CF8, A351 CF8M, A351 CF3, A351 CF3M, which are suitable for general acid service. ZFV also provide other stainless steel valves, such as duplex stainless steel, including A890 4A, A351 CN7M, A351 CF8C, A351 CK3MCuN and so on.
Valves with gear operator are also available. The material of the gear box includes ductile iron, carbon steel or stainless steel.
