FCx Performance Inc. (Columbus, Ohio, USA) has acquired Simone Engineering, a Milwaukee, WI-based distributor of industrial valves, process control instrumentation and related flow control equipment to industrial customers in the upper Midwest. The combination will allow FCx Performance to expand its geographic reach and product offering to process industries in the Midwestern United States. With combined sales of USD 100 million, 21 offices in 15 states and over 230 employees, the combined companies create one of the leading specialty, flow control distributors in the United States. “We welcome the people, products and customers of Simone Engineering to the FCx organisation,” said Charles M.
