Check for long-life and reliability

Lee Products has produced a range of check valves which can be integrated into high-volume, automated assembly lines and provide a cost-effective alternative to in-house check or relief
valves. The robust design of these valves and 100% testing ensures consistent, long-term performance up to 28 Mpa (4000 psid) in temperatures up to 149º C. However, operation in higher temperatures is possible depending on specific application requirements. IMH Check™ valves are compact, threadless, cartridge style inserts designed for simple, low-cost installation into manifolds. They benefit from the proven Lee Chek™ metal-to-metal seating design, which ensures high reliability and long life. For example, the high quality hard seat design feature limits leakage in the checked direction to no more than 20 sccm of air at 172 kPa (25 psi) differential. The Series 855 (illustrated) is a guided ball design, which ensures the ball is aligned with the valve seat to provide a positive stop and prevents the spring from going solid. They have an outside diameter of 8mm, provide forward and reverse flow direction of (4 Mpa, 580 psid) and a maximum working pressure of 28 Mpa (4000 psia). Lee Check valves are supplied pre-assembled for ease of installation and handling and are compatible with most hydraulic fluids, brake fluids, fuels and oils.
