YPS Valves Ltd has purchased a valve test facility from Leeds University. This has been improved , installed and is now fully operational at the company’s Pudsey Grangefield site. The facility has previously been utilised by many European end users and manufacturers for low, high temperature and environmental testing. Test range is from -200 degrees to +600 degrees C. Gas test pressures are to 1000 bar G with hydrostatic up to 1500 bar G.
