Bjorge wins StatoilHydro agreement

Bjorge has won a framework agreement for valve maintenance with StatoilHydro worth up to USD 3.6 million. The contract includes repair and maintenance of valves in the field and at the workship of its unit, Solberg & Andersen. It also includes engineering services, and operational support relating to valves, as well as options for specialised, operationally-related services. The contract relates to offshore installations and onshore facilities where StatoilHydro is operator. The framework agreement is effective from 1 September 2008 and has an anticipated value of NOK 150-200 million over a 3 year period. After the contract period is over, StatoilHydro may exercise options for three additional 2 year periods.
