Local government officials and civic leaders joined Emerson executives to officially open the new global headquarters building for Emerson’s ASCO fluid automation business in Florham Park on November 3, 2016. The new facility features a product development center with teams of engineers, designers, technicians and marketing professionals working together to develop new technologies to meet growing customer demands in process, industrial, machine automation, and medical markets.
Emerson manufactures and markets ASCO fluid automation products for a broad range of process and manufacturing industry applications. Emerson’s ASCO fluid control and pneumatic product lines are critical to the operation of process and manufacturing plants, including automotive, life sciences, packaging, oil & gas and refining industries.
Emerson’s new ASCO Product Development Center is designed to help customers solve fluid automation problems, share best practices, and create solutions that help transform their businesses. It offers advanced machine shop equipment for precision prototypes; extensive laboratory facilities for development and product qualification testing; and comprehensive design engineering capabilities including 3D modeling and analysis/simulation software. This facility is designed to enhance collaborative efforts between customers and Emerson.
