Atos 2-way and 3-way proportional cartridge valves are designed for mounting in electro-hydraulic manifold blocks to provide flow and pressure controls according to electronic reference signals. The regulation is operated by a spool sliding into a sleeve and controlled through a LVDT position transducer, in closed loop, by a proportional valve. Digital control technology offers features such as: linearity and stability; numerical software setting with new functions; direct interfacing to field-bus networks; and optional combined P/Q control. Atos proportional cartridge valves – sizes from 16 to 80 – are widely tested in several applications: plastic injection and blow moulding, ceramics, punching & nibbling machines, die casting, foundry and steel industry.
