Total Gas Power Ventures SA. (part of the Total Fina Elf group), Sviluppo Impianti Termoelettrici SpA (Sondel, Montedison Group) and ERG Petroli (part of the ERG group), are to form Roma Energia Srl to realise a co-generation combined-cycle power facility with a capacity of about 800mw, to produce electric and steam-powered energy.
