    United Valve operates huge VTL

    United Valve has just finished the first four weeks of operation of its huge new vertical boring Lathe (VTL). The 38’ tall machine, which weighs nearly 350,000 pounds, has the capacity to swing components up to 24 feet tall and 20 feet wide.

    LTHE signs MOA with ICT

    L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) to build Ethanol plants based on the fully indigenous technology developed by ICT for producing Second Generation Ethanol.

    Amec Foster Wheeler gets engineering contract

    ISAB has selected Amec Foster Wheeler to execute the engineering for the revamp of its facilities in 2018. The scope of work includes home office and site engineering, estimating services and technical assistance during the construction phase.
