TWAD fixes valves to regulate water supply

In order to solve the Pilloor water supply shutdown problem, the Tamil Water Supply and Drainage Boars have installed valves and water flow meters for the Pilloor I and Pilloor II. The pipeline was divided in two branches with one branch at a lower point than the other causing more water to flow into the lower point pipeline.

Cement-handling for Japanese cement carrier

MacGregor, part of Cargotec, has secured a new order for autonomous loading and unloading systems for an 8,700 dwt cement carrier to be built for Japanese ship-owner Taiheiyo Kisen Kaisha. The cement-handling systems designed to carry three grades of cement at a rated capacity of 1,000 t/h.
