    MOCON adds CO2 capability with degassing valves

    Framo Engineering receives Gullfaks gas contract

    Statoil has awarded Framo Engineering a contact for the design and construction of the Gullfaks subsea gas compression plant. Gullfaks may become one of the first installations worldwide to employ subsea gas compression.

    ABB wins power orders in Texas

    ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, has won orders worth approximately USD 45 million from leading US utility Oncor, to provide electrical solutions that will increase transmission capacity, ensure grid stability and facilitate the integration of renewable power in Texas.

    Technip awarded contract for Lucius field

    Technip was awarded a lump sum contract by Anadarko Petroleum Corporation for the development of the Lucius field, located in the Keathley Canyon area of the Gulf of Mexico at a water depth of approximately 7000ft.

    Sandvik Mining signs major project orders

    Sandvik Mining has signed three major materials handling contracts with customers in Latin America and Australia. Combined, the value of the contracts exceeds MSEK 1600 and will be executed and contribute to Sandvik Mining's business during the years 2012 until 2014.

    INTECSEA awarded URF Design Engineering

    McDermott has awarded INTECSEA the Design Engineering for the Ichthys Field Development project in the Browse Basin, offshore Western Australia. INTECSEA’s involvement will include project management and design engineering of the flowlines, riser systems, subsea structures, umbilicals and control system.

    ANDRITZ to supply new recovery boiler

    ANDRITZ has been selected by Mondi Group to supply a 1200 tds/d recovery boiler for Mondi Frantschach at its mill in St. Gertraud, Austria. The boiler is scheduled to start up in the second half of 2013.

    Cameron LNG to build gas export facility

    A Sempra Energy unit, Cameron LNG, has signed commercial development agreements with Mitsubishi Corporation and Mitsui & Co., to develop and construct a natural gas liquefaction export facility. The facility will be located at the site of the Cameron LNG receipt terminal in Hackberry, LA.

    Technip wins a large subsea installation contract

    Technip has won a subsea contract by Chevron Australia Pty Ltd for the Wheatstone Project. The contract, valued at approximately EUR 245 million, covers the development of the Wheatstone and Iago fields, located in the Carnarvon Basin, offshore North Western Australia.
