California-based CCI Control Components Inc. has acquired of Sweden-based BTG Specialty Valves AB, a specialty valve producer for process and power industries. With extensive experience in steam conditioning and turbine bypass systems technology, BTG Valves will broaden CCI’s severe service valve product offering. With sales and service locations in more than a dozen countries world-wide, BTG Valves will be joining the global family of CCI brand names, which include Sulzer, DRAG(R) and Bailey.
