Goetze presented their new cryogenic valves for low temperature applications at Achema 2015. With this, Goetze has extended their comprehensive range of safety valves for the most varied applications. Independent of whether the medium is gas, steam or an aggressive liquid, Goetze has the right material – stainless steel, gunmetal, brass or spheroidal cast iron – to suit the application and medium in question. Goetze is able with their products to cater for process temperatures of up to 400°C and working pressures up to 70bar and more. Their cryogenic valves can handle temperatures of up to minus 196°C.
In the area of stainless steel valves, Goetze introduced the pressure-reducing valve Series 484, tailor-made for the specific requirements of the pneumatic and hydraulic industries. This valve is user-friendly and offers a wide pressure range from 0.5Bar to 50bar, together with a fine pressure graduation and control characteristic.
