Emerson Process Management will consolidate the Hytork and El-O-Matic US operations of its Valve Automation Division into Hytork’s facility in Tampa, Florida. The consolidation will relocate El-O-Matic’s North American production facility from Waller, Texas and is designed to create a single centre of operational excellence and technical competency for the division’s rack and pinion actuator solutions. The Tampa facility has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance in all areas including responsiveness, flexibility and support, as judged by numerous customer satisfaction studies. Its modern training centre and leading-edge valve automation facility will provide added benefits to the division’s distributors, end-users and valve original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
