Rexroth’s CD01/02-PI pneumatic valve manifold system offers the greatest flexibility at a high level of standardization. Thanks to a sturdy and modular design coupled with a wide flow range, the Rexroth CD01/02-PI pneumatic valve manifold system offers the right solution for most application and control environments. It can control up to 32 outputs and valves with different flow rates can be easily combined on the same manifold without the need for transition plates. All electrical and pneumatic connections face in one direction, making for a simplified machine design, and plug-in valves make it possible to quickly and easily exchange the valves in the terminal system. The system meets ISO standard 15407-2, as the pneumatic and electrical connections for the valves are established simultaneously in the base plate. Rexroth’s valve manifold system can be actuated via various multi-pin plugs, in either 24VDC or 110VAC, and it works with all common field bus protocols such as PROFIBUS DP, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Sercos III, CANopen and EtherCAT.
