Foyo has successfully designed, developed, and delivered valves for high abrasive applications in the past. Recently, the company has delivered two 6″-CL600 full lined ceramic ball valves as per customer’s request.
The electric ceramic ball valve is designed for high pressure and high abrasive working conditions. It has 12Mpa design pressure and maximum operating pressure of 6Mpa. Featuring ASTM A105 construction, the valve has ball, seats, and lining made of ceramics. These ball valves were shipped on August 1st, 2018. According to estimates, the service life of Foyo ceramic ball valves could be 3 times longer than metal seated ball valves.
