Humphrey Products Co.’s new super quick exhaust valves feature a special molded shuttle designed specifically for quick service. The valve also solves a common lubrication problem when using small-bore cylinders – ie, the small displacement of air per cycle results in poor lubrication. The design of the valve stops lubricant backflow through the control valve on the exhaust cycle, allowing progressive oil flow to the cylinder. The shuttle’s full-formed seating surface provides long cycle life, and the shuttle design eliminates the need for flow restricting metal body webbing. Valves are available in a range of port sizes from #10-32 to 3/4″. Operating speeds up to 600CPM, with pressure range to 150PSIG and working temperature range from -25F to 180F.
