Marwin Valve introduces new flanged valve

Marwin Valve has introduced the 2000 Series ANSI 300 full port Full Port, Flanged valve, available in carbon steel or stainless steel versions. Low torque, combined with a large mounting pad make this valve suitable for automation. The features of the 2000 Series ANSI 300 include: fully machined ISO 5211 mounting pad; face-to-face dimensions and flange dimensions that meet ANSI B16.10 and ANSI B16.5 Class 300; blow-out proof stem and anti-static device; and all valves are 100% pressure tested. In addition, the 2000 Series ANSI 300 flanged valve may be fitted with characterised inserts designed to change flow characteristics of the valve. The inserts are offered in different shapes to meet a variety of modulating applications, including 10°V (fine control, low flow); 30°V (medium control, medium flow); 60°V (coarse control, high flow); and Filter V (high turndown). The insert is placed on the upstream side of the valve, allowing both normal seat rings to be in place to take advantage of soft seal seat sealing and lower operating torque.
